I’ve started this blog to share my journey as I strive to maintain a life of balance. To me, that means eating lots of tasty food, staying active any way I can, meeting the demands of my full-time office job, and spending time with my incredible friends and family members. My hope is that by sharing common experiences, we can learn from one another, try new things, and maintain sanity and health in spite of spending much of the day sitting. Some of the things I plan on documenting include recipes that are both healthy and delicious, new restaurants and products that I’m trying, tips on frugal living, and some of my many weekend adventures. I would love to hear about your experiences too!
I work full time as a Marketing/Proposal Writer at a multidisciplinary land development firm in South Boston. I love the people I work with. When I’m not at work, I enjoy skiing, hiking, wineries, yoga, traveling, and most of all food!
